Cooking with Carrousel

St. Clair College and the Multicultural Council are offering an exciting culinary experience, preparing recipes from the 35th anniversary Carrousel of the Nations Cookbook. Cooking alongside elite Chef, Paolo Vasapolli, winner of this year’s Battle of the Hors D’oeuvres, participants will get to sit down and savour the delicious dishes they have created.
